NEVERTHELESS A SMALL ASSISTING WITH MEALS IS ALRIGHT, INCORPORATING THIS AT BREAKFAST TIME ON A LARGER SCALE WOULD BE MOREBENEFICIAL IN THE LONG TERM.

B- CLINICAL PARAMETERS: IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE A YEARLY PHYSICAL AT YOUR DOCTOR'S, BUT RELATING TO YOUR WELLNESS TWICE ANNUALLY IS MORE TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. I TAKE YEARLY CHECKS, FULL PHYSIQUE HEALTH TESTING AND COMPLY WITH MY PHYSICIAN'S RECOMMENDATION PERTAINING TO LIVING A PROPER LIFESTYLE. LIKE THAT I KNOW WHEN THERE IS ANYTHING INCORRECT, HE CAN GET IT IMMEDIATELY AND KEEP ME ON THE RIGHT TRACK.

C- FAMILY HISTORY IS USUALLY SOMETHING GOWNS ALREADY THERE AND NO YOU CAN HELP THAT. I WOULD LIKE I SAID EARLIER, GET YEARLY EXAMINATIONS, EXERCISE EVEN MORE VIGOROUSLY, EAT WELL MORE OFTEN AND OF COURSE TRY AVOIDINGTOBACCO (CIGARETTES) AND LIMIT ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION.

FAMILY: MY FAMILY INFLUENCE ON MY HEART WELLNESS IS QUITE GREAT, SINCE THE EATING HABITS ARE INCREDIBLY HEALTHY THIS GETS TO ME SOMETIMES. BUT ITS MY EDGE. WE PAY ATTENTION TO KEEPING HEART HEALTHY BY SIMPLY AVOIDING AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF SUGAR, SALT AND HARMFUL OILS AND FATS. WE ALL ALSO CONTINUE TO KEEP ACTIVE AS MUCH AS WE CAN.

ACCESS TO FOOD.: WITHIN MY NEIGHBORHOOD, ACCESS TO FOOD IS NOT PAST AN ACCEPTABLE LIMIT SINCE EVERY CORNERS ITURN THERE IS A DELI OR A TAKE OUT CHAIN. I DON'T PATRONIZE WITH THESE PLACES SIINCE THEY SELL ALL THE WRONG FOODS FOR SOMEONE PLANNING TO STAY ON HEALTHIER TRACK. I actually MAINLY GIVE FULL ATTENTION TO EATING IN THE HOME, WHERE I WILL CHOOSE WHAT I EAT AND MAKE THAT HEALTHY.
