Abstract

The well-known variety store Dillard's started out in 1938 in a small area of Illinois and quickly grew to be a very successful multibillion dollar department store corporation today. William T. Dillard set the stage for tips on how to operate Dillard's marketing types of procedures with his philosophies on marketing and costs.
