Fuzy A review of the extant literary works reveals that the theoretical underpinnings of the majority of loyalty software research snooze on emotional mechanisms from three particular domains—status, habit, and relational. We propose that to understand how loyalty programs actually work, a wider, more alternative research perspective is needed to are the cause of the simultaneous effects throughout these 3 theoretical websites as well as both equally cross-customer and temporal effects.
