Technology is the commun dual border sword. On the one hand, it makes our lives so much easier by connecting us with information coming from a variety of locations. It links us with individuals who are across the world and makes communication practically instantaneous.
The computer is most likely one of the wonderful technological activates for future change. Computer nowadays include infiltrate every factor of our contemporary society, and now they are doing much more than simply compute; computers can now be your workplace tool which is now use in businesses. Today all are using technology businesses, organizations, and institutions. Through this study the researchers identifies institutions including schools involving manual strategies to accomplish their particular jobs.
Within the local city many organizations are already using those substantial technologies which in turn made all of them more successful and offer better service. Even so there are still a lot of institution that is using this technology but with restrictions. One example is a DMMA College of The southern part of Philippines. The institution is divided into distinct departments that some are currently using computerized systems that made these people more productive. However , you may still find some who have are still using the manual method. One particular department is the Learners Affairs Business office (SAO). As a part of our requirements in Devices Analysis and Design subject the analysts choose to conduct a feasibility study inside the said section.
Because the research workers namely Kristine Annjo C. Cabunoc and Jonalyn G. Camanso executed their interview at the Pupils Affairs Business office (SAO). Throughout the data gathering of the researchers last March 28, 2013, the research workers interviewed the staffs in the Students Affairs Office (SAO) namely Mr. Ritche T. Abragan (OIC of SA Office), Ms. Sheena Jessica Tapales (Clerk 1) and Ms. Cheryl Apilan (Sports-in-charge). During the interview Mr. Abragan recommend to make a system about the monitoring system for student conduct.
The Student Perform Monitoring Program cites regarding inserting, monitoring and holding information on scholar records of their offenses and prescribes sanction and inspections how various offenses does the student make and the related penalties according to the number of times the offense has been offended. This system likewise tracks whether or not the student previously cleared or do his or her task based on the Committee on Discipline to eliminate his/her brand in the list of students whom commit crimes.
